The scholarship application period is now open.
Deadline to submit a 2024 application: Sunday, April 28, 2024. The Highlander STEM Scholarship presented by River Point Technology recognizes students' outstanding efforts in science, technology, and communication. The recipients demonstrate an ability to understand challenging STEM-related topics, can apply their skills to solve technological problems, and can communicate results to others articulately. Established in 2021, this scholarship was made possible through the generosity of Mr. Jeffrey J. Eiben (BHS '88), founder of River Point Technology, an IT consulting firm in Pittsburgh, Pa. This scholarship is presented to up to three Baldwin High School seniors annually. Applicants must carry a minimum 3.0 grade point average and be in good standing with the Baldwin-Whitehall School District. Additional requirements include:

Applications are evaluated anonymously by an independent committee and certificates of scholarship are presented at senior recognition night. To be considered for this scholarship, follow the instructions on the online application.
